    Return, Exchange and Warranty Claims Policy Part #2/2

    2. After 7 days, for products with warranty, buyer can bring item to the manufacturer’s service centre (for item with manufacturer warranty) or back to us for service (for item with seller’s warranty). Please read the terms and conditions carefully by the Manufacturers and/or seller before claim for warranty service. And do bring proof of purchase (e.g. Qoo10 order number) and warranty card.

    Return, Exchange and Warranty Claims Policy Part #1/2

    1. Buyer may request for return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of item. Return or exchange is not allowed after 7 days. Please check item carefully once you receive it.

    a. For defective, incorrect or misdelivered item, please provide order number and photo/video as proof of claim by Qpost message or email. We will assess the claim and advise buyer accordingly on the progress & outcome of claim. If return or exchange is valid, we will bear the return/redelivery cost. Item must be returned with original packaging box & all accessories.

    b. For return or exchange due to change of mind of buyer, please make sure item is in original and new condition. Buyer will bear all delivery, return and redelivery cost. If the item has been open or used, return or exchange is not allowed. We are unable to accept return or exchange request for item received after 7 days.

    c. This warranty does not cover:

    Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including without limitation cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments;Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains;General maintenance, password reset assistance, routine servicing and cleaning, updating/upgrading of software, installation of software or applications, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair;Any other circumstance such that repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.

    d. Reminder: Please contact us to make sure the item is valid for warranty before sending it to us, if you are still not sure. We are not responsible for the storage or redelivery of items sent to us that are not qualified for warranty.

    b. Notwithstanding that the product is within the warranty period, this warranty shall be invalidated and rendered void upon the following:

    The product shows evidence of abnormal use; impact, shock; accident; fire, flood, earthquake, lightning or other acts of nature; sand, liquid or food damage; exposure to extreme thermal or environmental conditions; battery or chemical corrosion; abuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation or maintenance, use of wrong electrical supply or voltage; damage caused by installation of any software, programs or applications, or use of any accessories or equipment not approved by the manufacturer for use with the product; improper modification, tampering; replacement of parts with parts not approved by the manufacturer; or dismantling, opening, service or repair performed other than by the manufacturer's authorised service centre; or any other use contrary to the product manual.

    For certain products, seller may provide warranty as specified. Such products normally are of no manufacturers’ service centre in Singapore and seller act as manufacturer’s service agents. Terms and conditions of manufacturers’ warranty still apply. The seller imposes the following Terms and Conditions which may be different to manufacturers’. When there is possible conflict, the seller’s Terms and Condition prevails and supersedes.

    a. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty only covers the defects in material, design and workmanship of the hardware components of the product as originally supplied. The warranty does not cover any software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the product.
