    Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including without limitation cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments;Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains;General maintenance, password reset assistance, routine servicing and cleaning, updating/upgrading of software, installation of software or applications, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair;Any other circumstance such that repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.

    1. Buyer may request for return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of item. Return or exchange is not allowed after 7 days. Please check item carefully once you receive it.

    a. For defective, incorrect or misdelivered item, please provide order number and photo/video as proof of claim by Qpost message or email. We will assess the claim and advise buyer accordingly on the progress & outcome of claim. If return or exchange is valid, we will bear the return/redelivery cost. Item must be returned with original packaging box & all accessories.

    b. For return or exchange due to change of mind of buyer, please make sure item is in original and new condition. Buyer will bear all delivery, return and redelivery cost. If the item has been open or used, return or exchange is not allowed. We are unable to accept return or exchange request for item received after 7 days.

    Documents for Warranty Claim:
    1. Proof of purchaser ( your Qoo10 order in this case): Indication of Purchasing Date and Seller Shop;
    3. Item warranty card;

    Service Center Operation hour:
    MON-FRI: 1pm - 5pm
    Close on weekends & PH.

    Alternatively, you can post out the item to them by logiststic where tracking number is available, and do attached the DOCUMENT STATED ABOVE,RETURNING REASON, CONTACT NUMBER in your parcle for their differenciation.
