    Process for exchanging

    1. Please send a Qpost inquiry with the affected order number together with photo evidence.
    a. Qpost inquiry can be sent from Qoo10 app -> recent orders -> contact seller.
    b. Item listing page -> Question and answer -> Email Inquiry

    2. Evaluation will be done within 2 working days

    3. Buyers will need to send the item back for evaluation.

    4. Once evaluated:

    a. For Exchange, Replacement will be send via registered mail

    b. For Refund, refund will be processed after evaluation

    Exchange requirements

    · Buyer will need to provide the order number

    · Photo evidence of the (defective) item

    · Must be within 7 Days from Delivered/Collection Date

    Is Singpost normal mail safe?

    It is not recommended to opt for Singpost normal mail as every month we have genuine cases of lost parcels via normal mail. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND AND ENCOURAGE all our customers to select registered shipping option (eg. Qxpress, Smartpac or Singpost Registered Mail) to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Normal Mail may be an affordable shipping option, however you will be exposed to the risk of damaged/lost orders. Normal Mail DOES NOT have any tracking number, thus Singpost will not be responsible and will not be able to track your orders.     Why I have not received my normal mail parcel after 7 working days?

    Normally Singpost normal mail will take 3-7 working days to reach (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) if no delay at Singpost side. However, we got a small portion of customers who received their parcel after 2-3 weeks due to the delay at Singpost. Thus, pls kindly wait further and you should receive it soon. Appreciate your patience and understanding that it is beyond our control on the Singpost delivery time.
