I think many of the products on the market are mixed with rice, and I am satisfied with this one. It will rub against you with a kind of yin force. But the strange thing is that I don't like to put the neck on the contrary, I am not used to strong force. Instead, I put it on my back and knee joints because they can withstand strong force. I really like it.
