    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item

    Any shortage of item or wrong item received

    >Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

    Defective item issue

    Process for exchanging

    1. Please send a Qpost inquiry with the affected order number together with photo evidence.
    a. Qpost inquiry can be sent from Qoo10 app -> recent orders -> contact seller.
    b. Item listing page -> Question and answer -> Email Inquiry

    2. Evaluation will be done within 2 working days

    3. Buyers will need to send the item back for evaluation.

    4. Once evaluated:

    a. For Exchange, Replacement will be send via registered mail

    b. For Refund, refund will be processed after evaluation

    Exchange requirements

    · Buyer will need to provide the order number

    · Photo evidence of the (defective) item

    · Must be 7 Days or less from Delivered/Collection Date

    Thanks. It's not dispensing water.. What's wrong?
    1. Why does the newly purchased machine cannot discharge water for the first time?
    Please follow the steps below
    1. First confirm that the protective rubber plug of the drinking water outlet has been removed.
    2. The internal water channel will be vacuumed and sterilized before leaving the factory. In different places, the first time the water pressure difference may be caused by the difference between the internal and external pressure.
    3. Just put a half tank of water in the water tank, connect it to the main machine, and put a water bottle filled with water into the water tank. The bottle mouth is aligned with the water inlet inside the tank (the circle in the middle of the water tank), and the mineral water bottle is squeezed several times. Manually squeeze the water into the waterway, remove the negative pressure, and then the water can be discharged normally.
