After placing my purchase on 1st Feb, only received after 3 inquiry and got my product delivered on 15th March. I believe there are better and affordable TVs in other shop, with better after sales service. This shop still takes in sales even they know they have ran out of stocks and their product will only arrived after March. Delivery guy says to reached in 1-2hrs time. Waited for 3hrs. If your product is cheap, but after sales inquiry is ignored or dare not tell the truth to paying customer, then this shop shouldn't be allowed on Qoo10.more review

Still a Good buy though i missed the cny $88 coupon. So far been using everyday for a week satisfied with the screen size and quality. Vivid pictures and sound quality very good. The free antenna quite cool its got a magnetic base. Netflix and console games synced well. Installation of bracket guy was friendly and professional. We waiting end feb to try adding Disney+.
