A. Yes, you can self collect your purchase using the self collection option before checking out your order.

Q2. Do you post my order from Singapore?

A. Yes, we post all our customers' order from Singapore, using QXpress.

Q3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A. Usually it will take 1 to 3 working days but rarely at times, it can take up to 5 to 7 working days during festive seasons or long weekends.


Q4. Can I track my parcel?

A. We will provide you with the tracking number after posting. Therefore, you can track your parcel online.

Q5. Are your items in stock, ready for immediate dispatch?

A. Yes, all our items in Qoo10 are in stock, ready for immediate dispatch or self collection.

Q6. Are your items genuine?

A. All our items are genuine. We do not sell fake and passed it off as genuine. We understand selling fake items is a serious crime in Singapore. We also understand selling fake items will violate the policy of Qoo10 and our selling priviledges will be removed by Qoo10.
