1) Once goods are sold, no exchange/refunds are allowed. To prevent customers from returning smuggled/unlicensed/fake milk tins that are not submitted for HSA approvals.
2) No exchange/return of products within minimal dents - they are safe for consumption.
3) Do not purchase if you cannot adhere.
4) Please read the origin of manufacturing before making purchases.

Diapers
1) Once the carton box is thrown or its individual packaging been opened, we strictly do not allow any exchange/refunds - for hygiene purposes.
2) For allowable exchanges, you will need to exchange in-person within 7 days of purchase date.
3) Do note that different brands have different sizing policy and cutting/measurements. Recommended to stick with what you are comfortable if you intend to save cost or try new brands & models.
4) If your exchange doesn't meet our policy requirements (e.g. less than a full carton / consumed product / no carton box / etc), you will be politely rejected.

1) Are your products authentic?
Yes, we only sourced from legal & authorised official sources within Singapore or other parallel importing countries.
For milk powder, our importing agency has cleared necessary declarations including food testing with local authorities.

2) What are my exchange & returning policies?

3) How long does my delivery takes?
Processing time will take 1 working day. Delivery will take 1-3 working days subjected to sales event or disruption of services.

4) Can I request specific delivery timing/dates?
Unfortunately, you cannot make special arrangement. This is subjected to Qxpress delivery availability.
