Local Shipping Process :

After you completed the payment and notify, we will usually shipped out your order within 2-3days with item in stock. For local buyers, we strongly encourage registered mail.


International Shipping Process :

Import restriction of individual country is applicable for all internet purchases. Buyers are therefore responsible to ensure that the purchased product can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any orders.  The recipient of an international shipment shall bear all relevant charges incurred for international shipping; unless otherwise stated. Which includes but not limited to the following : shipping fees, import tax and duties at destination country. Return Policy :


-          After 7 days from receipt of item.

-          The shipped item is damaged by the buyer own fault (except for damaged in transit)

-          The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to time sensitive sales.

-          Received Item has been open,  used with the original shipped packaging opened.

-          Received item has been partially used, consumed, wear and tear inficted.

-          The purchased item has been specifically customized for the buyer.

-          Returning without prior notice and approval for  return from our office and staff. 

## Need to return item to seller's address by using postal office mail or other shipping service.


Exchange/Return of Item Policy :


-          With Official exchange Authorization approval for exchange from our office and staff, and notify via email.

-          When item received is different from buyer initial pre-order.

-          When buyer received damaged item.


Refund Policy :

In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment for the purchase.

The return cost and/or  indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item; deducted from the amount to be refunded.

All refunds are process via platform and varies on case to case settlement.


Cancellation of Order:

1.       The buyer can cancel the order on the buyer’s side before the seller sends out the item which means that the current status is pending payment or on request. To cancel order, kindly login into My Qoo10>shopping list>>cancel/refund>>Select “Apply for cancel/refund” to process your cancellation.

2.       Prior to payment received and item ready to shipped out,  no cancellation is allowed.


Buyer Responsibility :

For Local Singapore Customers,  price are inclusive of GST (Good & Services Tax).

For Overseas buyers, all import duties and tax at destination of shipment are to be borned by buyer/importer.


Seller Responsibility :

Before sending the items, seller will inspect all items for manufacturer’s defects and pack in proper shipment packaging.

Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A.      Dear buyer, as has internal stock inventory system which reflect our stocks level which we reserved for selling under Qoo10 platform,  stock may have sold out when you checked out your cart. You can check with us for stock availability to re-order.

Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

B.      You can alert us so that we ran a check with our postal service for status of your delivery and reply you. However, please note that Postal local delivery period at destination country varies from country to country and may takes longer than stated which is beyond our  control.  

Q3. From My Qoo10, I can only order maximum of 10pcs. As I am a shop in Qatar and interested to order larger volume of different item from you, can I get better price?   

A.      We do wholesale and exporting, you can contact us via email or Q-talk for close door discussion.

Q4. How can I trust that you are a genuine and reliable supplier and you stand behind what you sell.

A.  We are a legally registered Company in Singapore, a reliable genuine importer, stockists, wholesaler and exporter; governed by commercial law of Singapore.

Q5. I have received your parcel but I change my mind to change my choice. Can I exchange for another model?

A.      You can write to you for return and exchange of item. However, please note you may have to borne the shipping cost for the return. Upon receipt of your return item in order, we can then post your new item out.
