So far we have sold hundreds of this socks design and no customer had feedback to us that the size is too small. My 5 year old daughter is wearing a few pairs from this socks design and there is 2-3cm allowance at the sole when the socks is stretched, so can definitely last her till 6 years at least. We have stated the foot size as 17cm (in sole size) so not sure how big your daughter's feet is? :)
However not to worry, as long as the socks are still unworn and in original condition with the plastic packaging, we can facilitate the exchange. The only other design suitable for your daughter would be CSG20 Grown Princess, as the size of the other socks designs are smaller than CSG15. :)

Hi dear, are u referring to the training pants? The pants should be able to absorb a bout of urine and not leak. But do note that it is not meant to be waterproof as it will be non-breathable in this case so the pants will still be wet. If the child peed in normal underwear, the urine would be dripping out, so the training pants help to prevent this. But it will still be wet to let the child feel it, so that he/she will try not to accidentally pee again. Hope this explains. :)

Do note that the pants are not diapers, so they are not 100% waterproof. They are meant to hold in the urine and let the child tell the caregiver they've peed and to change them out. Hi dear, don't worry it's never too late. If she is wearing XL size diapers, do let her try the XL size training pants. She should still be able to fit unless she is quite chubby. You can let her wear training pants during daytime and even in school. Accidents once or twice is alright and she will soon get it. Just keep reminding her that she should not pee in the pants and must voice out when she wanna pee. Slowly after she is toilet trained for the day, you can remove the diapers for night and replace with the training pants and place waterproof cot sheets on the bed. Thanks! :)

Hi dear, you should only start toilet training when ur baby is at least 1.5 to 2 yrs. The purpose of the training pants is to let them feel the uncomfortable wetness so that they will not pee in there. So can't wear any diapers in there. You should bring the baby to the toilet bowl or potty every hour to ask them to pee, till they get the point and will ask to go pee when they feel the urgency. Hope this helps. :)
