    I only receive 2 tins out of the 6 tins I ordered 3 weeks ago, and have been enquiring your assistance to investigate and
    delivers the balance 4 tins but nothing was done.

    Still yet to receive a reply for my undelivered balance 4 tins of milk, and have already inform you multiple times that I do not keep the airmail label for the 2 tins delivered. Please check my order number to investigate instead.

    All riser and even my neighbours ones were checked. Even the deliveryman was called back to confirm that the 2tins was the only box he receives for delivery to my unit.

    How long more do I have to wait for your reply?
