will you be making the halal bulgogi sauce again?
Hi, unfortunately we have not heard from the bulgogi sauce producer on their latest halal certification so we are not bringing in the product. We will be sourcing for a new producer with valid certification in the meantime.

Hi. May I know the difference of using gochujang sauce or this sauce for tteokbokki?
Hi, for the tteokbokki paste, it is a ready mix sauce so you don't need to add additional seasoning ingredients such as garlic, onion, gochugaru, sugar etc when you cook the tteokbokki - just add the sauce to some water/stock, put in the rice cakes & fishcakes and it's ready. If you use gochujang to make tteokbokki, you would need to also add in the seasoning ingredients - garlic, onions, sugar etc when you're making tteokbokki. Hope this helps!

Hi can i have the Photo of the ingredients in korean? sorry to ask as i am operating a vegetarian restaurant most of this come with alcohol but do not show in English. if the ingredients is ok can u supply aroung 30 kg a month?
Hi, the ingredients list is in English - see attached image file - as the producer has this packaging specially for the international halal market. This product has gone through the halal certification process, which means that no alcohol is added. For halal certification, it is not only for food products to not contain non-halal meat sources but the list also includes alcohol. We completely understand your concern, this is also the reason why we are working hard to provide our Muslim community with Korean pastes that are halal - cos although the ingredients are non-meat, the current pastes in the market have added alcohol in them. For bulk order, we can supply as indicated. However, we would require a standing purchase order from you to place additional stock order from our supplier. Appreciate if you can contact us at admin@archelasia.com for further discussion on bulk orders. Thanks!
