2. It is fine, if you miss the recommend dosage occasionally. Just follow it the next day.

3. If your supplement contains "Caffeine" (e.g Lean Body Formula/Raspberry Ketone Extreme), we recommend you take them at least 8 hours before your bed time as it may keep you too active from sleeping.

4. You should avoid taking supplements with the same ingredients. This is to prevent any risk of over dose.
