High concentration doesn't mean better effect. For me 1mg works better than 5mg.
Originally I was taking Natrol Melatonin Time release 5mg but, it was too strong for me. Absolutely I can sleep better but at the same time it made me drowsy until 3:00 p.m.
With this 1mg I can sleep better and don't have to suffer horrible drowsiness as well.
Japanese doctor advises that too strong melatonin may agitate your rhythm.
