Fast delivery and received in good condition but not yet put in use.

Many years ago, I had 2 of these products installed at home from another seller. I bought 2 from this seller. The new one require more clicking force as compared to existing one. Still acceptable. However, one of the new one doesn't seem to work well even after using for more than a week. Only certain angle can turn it off. Cannot anyhow click to turn off. But turning on has no issue at all. This product definitely can help save water.

I think i chosen the wrong item, this product is the one touch button for control on/off of water. It didn't serve the purpose of water saving. After installed, the water usage is still the same. The production which i am looking for is reduce/control the water flow rate and save at least 50% of water.
