rate: 75Delivery was long but product ok, value for $$Product came in after 10 days (by right 15 days, despite is local stock). Delivery have call twice before they reached. There is the pipe and 3 piece of support provided to fixed it to the window (took 10mins just to adjust it). Although the window is not fully sealed but can let the hot air go out nicely. Beside my block is a factory, hence the air con sound is toleratable even at night (video attsched). Cooling effect acceptable, can reduce the tempature for my entire living hall ( 4rm flat) with my cycling fan. So consider value for $$. The support doesnt reply within days (my case after 5 days).
