Everything is smooth and good. However, upon delivery the parcel is opened (as per attached image). No idea why hopefully the masks are not contaminated since the individual packaging not open. First time experience this, and hope is the last.

5th time buying. Price is higher than other mask but it's size is the best as it is smaller as compared to other brand.
