Not compatible with my mobile phone - Seller should specify in your adv.
During first order I went to self-collect but the shop at Peninsula Shopping Centre closed because of Circuit Breaker period. The advertisement in Qoo did not specify and I called the mobile contact number given but no one answered. Outside the shop closed door, I saw another handphone number for whatapp only. So I whatapp and the reply came back was not able to open due to CB period. Very impersonal service!
I came back cancelled my order and made a second time order with mailing cost this time. The item delivered 2-3 days later. But my another problem came - this clip on microphone does not work with my OPPO mobile handphone. I tried with my old handphone like SAMSUNG but all in vain. Then I tried with my HUAWEI MediaPad T2, it is also unable to do recording of voice. Later I tried with my mom's handphone, HUAWEI, it managed to record with sound. But I can't possible use hers each time to do recording, right? Very frustrating experience for me. I wrote in under "Enquiry" asking for help a few times. Two days later, the reply back was "sorry" - one word. Why doesn't the seller specify this item is suitable/compatible with what brands of mobile handphone? Can I return and get refund??
