Interesting concept. Delivery was very quick and item arrived perfectly. Update: Tried it out today, and didn't feel much heat. It was really itchy about an hour or two later, and lasted about 30 mins. Fit wise it's really thin and adheres very well to the skin. Didn't leave any sticky residue despite being very sticky. Will continue trying out to see if it gets hotter.

Update: use during my menses. it’s helps my cramps. took about 20mins +/- to feel the heat.. lasted for about 7-8hrs.. sticks well on skin , no peeling pain when remove. but advice to peel it slowly n not for daily usage like any sticker items on direct skin.
