expensive chair weird process of when you order with foot rest, it will get delivered separately, so this got me worried that i got the chair 1 week ahead of the foot rest but then the actual order is tagged completed already. had to contact customer service to make sure i will get the footrest. wasted follow up effort if i might add. if only they can deliver together or inform buyers ahead of time to not make them worry.
