Happy and Disappointed
I purchased 2 Airbuds Pro for my twin daughters, they were looking forward to it but upon receiving today one was happy the other was disappointed. The reason the Airbuds Pro Bluetooth is not working as per the attached photograph.
Please advise how do I request for an exchange.
I contact Qoo10 and they facilitated the exchange process with the seller though it took about 2 weeks but it is worth it cos received new one and tested working. Besides, Qoo10 provided a constant update of the tracking. Thanks Rating : 4/4 Oct 26, 2020
