Delivered the next day after ordering! There are no instructions on the setup but can refer to photos on this website to have an idea. Not as flimsy as I thought so am glad.

No screwing needed. Surprisingly convenient to just open and close the snaps to adjust. However it seems a bit filmsy when holding canvas. Hope I'm able to paint on this easel. Able to fit only one 3/4inch canvas board.
