One of my mugs looked used! Ordered two and one came with water droplets on the inside of my mug after I took it out of the packaging. I am not satisfied as I wasn't informed by Seller as to why one of my mugs is wet!! Packagings were dry so do clarify! Please be transparent in doing business. I do not recommend this unless you want to risk getting a used one, refer to pics. 👎👎
