2 out of 3 are faulty. I messaged seller on Qo10 stating all of my concerns and request for refund but seller replied asking me to email him/her. This is a transaction on Qo10 so I shall leave my review on Qo10 and not obliged to seller's request to message him/her my concerns to his/her personal email. Shipping via normal mail was abnormally slow, items were faulty, service was lousy. Buy at your own risk.Jul 24, 2019
