No Netflix and latest remote at first Disastrous tv did not come with Netflix and latest remote as advertised. After many rounds of queries (replies were late, not helpful, out of touch and unapologetic etc), the installation guy 👍👍 saved the day by offering to help send the correct item. If u have received the TV without Netflix/remote as advertised ,do request for an exchange by contacting qoo10 helpdesk, they can step in to investigate. ethical sellers should never shortchange paying customers.
