Product is good and comfy, but Seller service is truly appalling - Bought 2 items, shipped out 1, left another hanging (the image attached). Messaged Seller to remind, then it was ‘shipped out’. Upon arrival after almost 2 weeks, only received this, even though status for the other was also ‘Delivered’! Demanded from Seller and asked Qoo10 CS for help. After waiting again for yet another 2 weeks after I refused refund, then said item out of stock, offered refund again. Seriously not trustworthy and a complete waste of time. Buyer beware.
