Item has 5 individual holes on left and right sides at the back for positioning the backrest support at various heights which is much better from the previous refunded item from other seller. Instructions given on a small leaflet. Materials look good. My mum has tried using it to support her back as a result of suffering from degenerative disc disease. So far it seems very comfortable for her to seat with this backrest at her back. Her posture has improved a lot while sitting with it. I think this product is really an amazing item for her to reduce her back pain especially she needs to sit for long hours.

Ordered on 2Dec morning and received on 3Dec afternoon. For $30.98 (26.99+3.99). Item well received in bubble wrap. Based on the picture, this thing supported green and purple spots, not so much of blue. Overall is comfortable.
